Hi, I’m Olga
I was born and raised in New York City’s Bronx borough . I have loved everything about the beauty industry for as long as I can remember. While growing up I did hair and makeup for family and friends. Ironically enough, I was’t supposed to be in the beauty industry, in fact after high school I set out to be an attorney. At the time, I succumbed to the pressure of “what you are doing is a nice a hobby, but it really isn’t a career”. While attending John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York, I realized this just was not my destiny. I later attended Cosmetology School at Midway Paris where I earned my license. I remember doing my first wedding at 19 years old in Brooklyn, I have definitely learned a lot since then ! As I began my career in salons as an apprentice, I trained under some of the most elite master hair stylists in the world, including Frederic Fekkai, at his New York location inside the Chanel Building. After moving to Florida, I continued my career, and am licensed in both New York and Florida states. I’ve spent the last 10 years training hairstylists and teaching for accredited cosmetology schools to prepare new talent for their Florida State Board exams. One of my roles was Brand Manager and Artistic Director for a major Hair Extension Brand, where I learned so much about the business! After 20+ years in the industry, opening up my own business had always been a dream and I am so excited to finally be doing what I love while being able to give Brides the experience and service they deserve.

Since opening Wild Tress, I have expanded and added more services, makeup artists, and hair Stylists. I knew how important it was to have experienced, highly trained, reliable, professional as well as talented artists and stylists for our Brides. Our artists and stylists not only interviewed in person, but auditioned their hair and makeup services with real models. This gave me the opportunity to not only see their skill set and demeanor , but their tools, equipment, products and sanitation practices. When creating a team for a Brides most memorable day, it was important I go through all these steps to ensure the best service and experience for our Brides. I couldn’t be more proud of the Glam Team we have become and I absolutely adore them !
